OAPA service

In addition to its spin-off missions, OAPA has two main objectives:

• To assess the effectiveness of OHADA law in terms of the application of the Uniform Acts and their effectiveness by formulating indicators and then evaluation questionnaires for a target audience of this right;
• Support the improvement of attractiveness and competitiveness by establishing a platform for discussions on the evolution of the socio-economic environment of States Parties.

The various services offered by OAPA are:

• Follow-up.
